We offer a range of different class types 7 days a week, including early morning, daytime and evening sessions.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Classic

Focusing on the fundamental Pilates principles and learning correct form and technique, this class is for everyone. A complete body workout with each class allowing progressions and regressions depending on your ability. 

Suitable for beginners and intermediate level and prenatal clients up to 16 weeks.

Reformer Burn

An intermediate level class providing high intensity exercises with more challenging movements and varying resistance levels. We encourage new participants to the studio to attend 3-5 CLASSIC classes before stepping up to BURN classes. 

Not suitable for prenatal clients.

Prenatal / Mums & Babies Pilates   

Reformer Pre-Pilates

Our Pre-Pilates classes are suitable for beginners and prenatal/postnatal clients. A great introduction to the reformer where you will learn the basic Pilates principles, with exercises focusing on building core strength, pelvic floor health and stabilization. Suitable for everyone and all stages of pregnancy.

Reformer Mums & Babies

A postnatal class to help new mums safely reconnect with their core and stabilizing muscles, pelvic floor, and build up strength again. Babies in prams are welcome in the studio for these classes.
